Our air conditioning went out on a Thursday night during a heatwave. Nemchek was able to schedule us for a service appointment first thing Monday morning, earlier than any other HVAC companies in the area. The technician arrived at 8 a.m., diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional, answered all of our questions, and, most importantly to us, didn't try to sell us a new unit when our goal was to fix the current one. Nemchek is a wonderful small, family-owned business, and we will certainly use them again in the future for all of our HVAC needs.
