If you’re looking for a photographer who captures photographs that tell a detailed visual story of your entire wedding day, then Erica is the gal for you! When I say details of the entire day, I mean the ENTIRE DAY because there isn't one moment during my wedding Erica didn’t capture. Her photojournalistic style is exactly what I was looking for. Her husband Steve was her second photographer (HI STEVE!), and WOW what a duo they are! They have a phenomenal and creative eye. Erica’s ability to capture so many genuine, candid shots from such creative angles is unlike anything I’ve ever seen from a photographer. She finds a way to be everywhere while being completely inconspicuous. While she does take traditional photos, it’s her candid shots that truly stand out the most and pull at my heartstrings. My wedding album isn’t just 1,000+ pictures of my husband and me. She captured hugs with grandparents, kisses from family, tears of joy, laughter among friends, and more. Erica is extremely professional, passionate, and down-to-earth. She worked so well with my videographers and other vendors, and I am still getting compliments 2 months later from family and friends about how much they adored Erica and Steve. Getting to know her the year leading up to my wedding made it feel like a friend was photographing my day, not a stranger! Every time I look at my photos, I discover a new one I never gave enough attention to and fall in love with it. I laugh, I cry, and smile while reliving my day from beginning to end. Erica is such a gifted artist who beautifully captured our wedding day. She came recommended to us by other photographers in the area, so we figured we were in good hands. And man oh man we were right. She did a great job of capturing all the little moments within the big day. Some of our favorite photos were candids she took while doing the more traditional poses. And I think that is what makes Erica great! Everyone is going to have photos from their wedding but with Erica those photos tells stories about the day that remind you of all the little moments that can sometimes be forgotten. Also she takes tons of pictures! The week following the wedding we got about 60 photo's as a preview. However we just got back the full album (wedding was November 14th) and we got over a thousand photos and they all are so stunning!
Erica does amazing work!!! From Katie's senior portraits to candid basketball and volleyball shots at various sporting events...they are amazing!!!!! I highly recommend Erica!
