Before joining ILM, I attended classes at another training center, and I was quite disappointed with my experience. The injector course was not taught to my satisfaction, and three models failed to show up, which cut our hands-on practice short. Since then, I have attended several classes at ILM, and I absolutely love it. It's not just a training center; it also operates as a fully functioning MedSpa. The instructors are both knowledgeable and approachable. The courses are delivered in an easily understandable way, offering comprehensive content along with personalized hands-on instruction.

Michelle who taught the Pittsburgh class is amazing. She is a real gem and has so much valuable information. I can’t tell you the number of classes I’ve taken from people who are just educators or doctors, but they never worked as an aesthetician or a nurse so they have zero applicable life experience. She has accepted my hundreds of questions without being annoyed and is so energetic as well. I have been in this industry almost 20 years and this is the best class I’ve taken.
Christine was also amazing. I signed up over the phone and we ended up chatting for a while about lots of lasers! Very easy. Thank you both! Highly recommend this company!!
