“This is a review I left on Facebook from 2016 - I thought it should be shared on Google as well. ::::: I had the good fortune to make an appointment for a free consultation with Dr. Hunter in early August 2016. My dental situation was quite dismal. I had loose teeth, infection, and would not return to the dentist who had been treating me. From the moment I called for the appointment, I realized that I had found a very professional but down to earth dental practice. Dr. Hunter has surrounded himself with a group of extremely talented and truly caring assistants. From start to finish, they are as thorough as they are friendly. I would urge anyone reading this, who might be looking for quality dental care to consider "Tuck" Hunter DDS. I have not been reimbursed in any way for saying these things. It's just nice to have a smile again that won't disturb the people I am in contact with. (smiley face goes here).“

“Going to Lanap is like going to a dental spa! The environment is lovely and everyone is warm and friendly. I had a most through cleaning and then an evaluation by the Dr. Kadri! What a delightful woman!!! My hygienist was extremely thorough. It was recommended that I start using an Oral-B toothbrush. I ran out to Costco to buy one and it is amazing. I know that my next visits will be even better.

Although I have to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed, the administrative staff are quick to turn those forms around. I was amazed at how quickly I received my reimbursement.

The final draw for me is that this office is actually walking distance from my home in Trappe. I had been driving to Plymouth Meeting for years. I'm grateful to have found Lanap!“

“I am just overwhelmed with awe, about this Dental office. I have not been to the dentist, I think since I was probably 15 years old. I know, bad me, lol. Fast-forward 25 years later, it was time. I am genuinely not afraid of many things, however, visiting the Dentist terrifies me... well it did terrify me, but not anymore, not after my experience at this Dental office. I'm not even sure where to begin, as this office is all around amazing! The staff is genuine. They're all nice and caring. They're communicative. They're patient and even comical. I found this Dentist office, by chance; through a google and yelp search. I found other offices to call, but something told me to make an appt here, and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Sherpa, office is a gem. They made me feel at home and at peace. Her staff is polite, positive, and helpful. Dr. Sherpa and her staff are a combination of class, down to earth, professional and empathetic. I felt like I was at one of those family-owned Dentistry, like in one of those family movies you find on Netflix, with a golden retriever in the background. What I got done: So, my visit required me to have a filling, that I got back in college, removed and replaced with a cap. I wasn't sure what that meant, as I've never had a cap before. Dr. Sherpa conducted a short 1:1 with me, explaining to me, (words and pictures) what that would look like and what it would entail. I had some cavity there. I also had some cavity at the upper back part of my mouth/tooth. Not bad for not going to a dentist for 25 years lol. In order to get my filling removed, Dr. Sherper, had to numb my mouth. She talked to me every step of the way. She explained how it may feel, every step of the way. Here assistant was amazing and did the same. Honestly, it was not as painful as I thought it would be. Dr. Sherpa was very skilled at massaging my mouth and my gums as the numbing was happening. I'm sure she used other techniques that she developed throughout her training or career as well that helped, and I appreciate it that so much. Overall, the process was smooth. As of this review, I have seen her about three times. And will continue to do so for my routine visits, and maybe teeth whitening.“

“Lewis Dental does a wonderful job for cleanings, etc. They were also very accommodating when I had a dental emergency. They referred me to an excellent Endodontist for a root canal, with excellent follow-up on their end. The staff is wonderful, professional, and curious. There was minimal to no discomfort!
