“It was not the worst experience, but I honestly was not very impressed. The front desk was very sweet and nice, but Dr. Liu was not very personable. I’m not sure if I was there on a bad day or something because there are so many other good reviews. She did seem very knowledgeable and I’m sure she’s a great acupuncturist. There just was not much communication and she was not very friendly. I expected a little more for being the first time I went to acupuncture. There was not much done on her part in checking in if I was doing ok. For example, when she came back in to remove the needles, she just opened the door without knocking and started pulling them out without a word the during the whole process. From someone who works in the medical field I just expected a little more friendliness and explanation on her part. I wouldn’t discourage people from going, but just be aware of the kind of care you may receive.“
