“I can’t put into words the excellent experience I had at Baja Beach today!!! I felt I needed a little boost after weeks of being sick and feeling so overwhelmed and bogged down by this time of year. I was greeted warmly by Lori Y. I also noticed she knew the names of every guest who entered! I knew in that moment she is very invested in her career and guests! Instead of just signing me in to tan, she spent 30-45 minutes showing me around and explaining every machine with thorough knowledge. She is so knowledgeable not only about BB but skin care/wellness as well. She spent time giving me tips on my own skin care routine. She was so kind and also included a welcome program for me which allowed me the opportunity to try several of their state of the art equipment.
