We have a Toto toilet that’s been hissing at us off and on for 2 weeks. Hubby bought a replacement fill valve. We watched the recommended video on You Tube and started Step 1: shut off the water. And that’s as far as we got! There was no valve and whatever we turned off kept letting the water through. The next call was to SPH. That call was at 11:45 am and by 2:45 pm the work was done. The fill valve replaced and Kris and Vance did an incredible job getting us all back to working order.
I wanted to Thank Shrewsbury Plumbing & Heating for a Fabulous speedy job ! They replied to my call fast ! Brennan came out and got the job done ! What a Kind Humble Man ! My son really liked him ! Brennan arrived within the hour I was told that he would. He was friendly and identified himself. He asked how he could help and asked for as many details as I could remember, narrowing down the possible needs (parts and tools). In all instances he was helpful in sharing and explaining how a well works and where the problem might exist.
I appreciated the education and I am grateful to have running water again for more than one flush!!
