Had them for four years now. Never had an issue, they fill up our tank on automatic refill. We had excellent service with Joe when deciding to upgrade our furnace and AC unit. Everyone who’s come to the house to service units and put in the new ones were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves
I have had the pleasure of having Santilli Oil Co as my supplier as well as servicing my 40 year old oil boiler, for 5 years now. From the start, Joe was very personable and honest. My oil tank needed a leg and he with a technician ended up fixing it as it is in a small celler and the only way to replace it would be to cut the tank into pieces, which getting a new one and placing it in the same area would of cost me thousands. Recently my 40 year old boiler needed a gasket fixed and it has needed it for a while. I postponed it as finances are tight like many others is because we are building back better under the byedone.
