Our goal being in our early 60’s, we want this to be the last roof that we replace.We compared quotes from 8 different local roofing companies before deciding to go with Martin Exteriors. Most of the other companies claimed that standard GAF Timberline HDZ shingles combined with at least 3 GAF components would guarantee a 50-year roof. Dustin Martin reasoned with us to be cautious about that claim, considering manufacturing defects and depreciation over time. Our standing seam metal roof was installed just over 1 year ago. I’m ashamed that it took me till now to review here. I did on my personal pages though.
Roof, gutter, staff, cleanliness, completeness. Excellent all the way around. Very competitively priced as well.
