Without much warning my family got dropped from their services. It would have been nice to know to get a note. On top of it the lady Jill at the front counter was very rude to use, when I asked to speak to the office manager she was extremely unprofessional and almost laughing at us. I would not recommend this place to anyone that cares for quality front end service. I think Dr. Penny is awesome, but their after care and help is awful when talking with the front desk people. My son even had a problem where it cost him 4k from a doctor there and he had to go somewhere else to get her mistake fixed.. Please beware.

My 12 year old cat had cancer or some other disease that was eating her up. I called the Shippensburg Animal Hospital because we have our pets registered with them. I wanted to get her euthanized for her comfort as she has been suffering. I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me for over two weeks out. I told them that the cat would probably die before then. They told me about an emergency hospital that was in another state. Over and hour to get there and a half a tank of gas there and back. Well, my cat died this morning. She twitched and yowled through her dying process. I am totally disappointed with this hospital. It would have taken less that a minute to inject her, but she suffered instead. I am through with this vet. They are not medical personnel and they could care less about your pet.

This vet office is the worst I have ever seen. My puppy was attacked by a large dog and was bleeding from the mouth and nose and the turned him away told me my son to get out. Vets are supposed to care about pets and this one does not
