Steve Coldsmith and his company are, as we say in my business, the real deal Holyfield. Steve personally came out to the property, met with me, answered my questions, gave me his input on the project. Then he even met with my mom, walked around the yard and made sure they'd leave all her favorite trees/bushes. He's a real character and just an all around great guy. He's incredibly knowledge about all aspects of land-clearing, site preparation and building. This company does outstanding work. The amount of progress they've made in 10 days, especially given all the recent rain, is unbelievable. Great people to do business with. I cannot recommend them highly enough...read full review
