I came into the office to pick up my glass prescription because I had planned to order my glasses online. I changed my mind! Both associates were busy with customers. I patiently waited. While browsing their selection, I overheard the associates with their customers. They were amazing! Engaged, giving feedback, patient, and really seemed to enjoy caring for their customers. I thought, um, I'm going to schedule an appointment to come back and work with one of these associates. My visit to Shillington EyeAssociates was amazing. I saw Dr Rule since my former Dr had retired. I just love Dr Rule. She is so kind and really knows her stuff. I felt very comfortable with her and her knowledge of my issue was amazing. Her personality is second only to her knowledge of eye issues. I would totally recommend the practice to anyone..
