We would like to give Radical Restorations, Inc. an even higher than 5-star rating for their quick response to our call about a bathroom leak that ruined a portion of our ceiling in the living room below. Plumbing, drywalling and painting jobs were expertly performed and our ceiling was restored to mint condition. Dave from Radical Restorations was out to dinner but he still answered my call. I was a concerned parent who’s daughters friend just experienced the most horrible trauma and family tragedy - suicide in the family home.I was doing whatever I could to help the family get back in thier house as quick as possible. They didn’t have much help. Police cleared the home and advised they could go back in, but how, the scene was gruesome to say the least.The first time I spoke to dave he asked out renters insurance and other questions. We had a water heater burst in our trailer while we were away and the water filled it for two weeks. When we arrived just about everything at floor level was ruined and it had leaker right through the floor into the wood beams and insulation underneath. Mold had already started to grow and our heating/cooling vents in the floor were filled with water. We thought we would lose the trailer for sure. However, Dave and his wife Brenda came to our rescue. They were able to completely get rid of the water and dry the place, build new floors from the ground up, work with their various contacts to get new cabinets, floors, vanity, and trim.
