We were very pleased with the entire emergency care experience with our dog. Intake process was calm and friendly, time until seen was extremely fast -within minutes, the vet was friendly and informative in presenting all our options and the bill wasn’t as high as I expected based on experience elsewhere in the past. They even reported the visit to my primary vet who called to check on her first thing Monday AM.
I highly recommend this emergency vet.
Carrie from BP Animal Hospital Shillington went above and beyond to help us and our foster-kitten, Melon. She made our very scary experience manageable and helped us from check-in to check-out. Carrie is caring, compassionate, genuine, down to earth, extremely helpful, and has the perfect attitude. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us during our time there.
This is our first experience at the blue Pearl animal Hospital. We came in because our dog had severe neck pain and was unable to eat or lift his head. All in all, it was a pretty good experience. Although, the overly pierced and tattooed staff was not very people friendly. (Aside one lovely older woman at the desk). I guess all that matters at the end of the day is if they are nice to our fur babies. And they were. But their bedside manner with us dog parents needed some work. The main veterinarian who is there was kind and patient, but it took nearly 4 hours before we were checked on.
