It was during a devastating loss that my family and I had come to Bean Funeral Home - Shillington location where we initially met with David who was informative, let us tour the facility and ask questions. We were then contacted by Marissa to be our director for the services. Marissa was so patient, understanding, and informative, she listened to everything and implemented the personal touches throughout the services which made the process as easy as could be for us and made it comfortable in one of the most uncomfortable unbearable times of our lives.
