“At 1am I was stranded near here at sheetz alone 9 hours from home alone as a young woman with my dog with a flat tire. At first After a different man not associated with this shop attempted to plug my tire and was drunk and hitting on me actually drilled an extra whole in my tire. Then an angel who works here chuck I guess was otw home and stumbled apon this happening and offered to help. He fixed my tire and checked on my car he helped me beyond belief and it makes me believe good people are still here. Chuck reminds me of my own father and grandfather who passed recently they both would of done the same act of kindness he gave me. I think today my grandfather was definitely looking over me. And if chuck had not of came and helped idk what would of happened bc I was definitely in danger until he arrived thank you so much for helping me my family and friends are also grateful.“

“Ive known Denny for 14 years. He repairs any issues I have regularly and complete. He has answers and an old school way of doing things but when it comes to heating and air conditioning he knows his stuff. Ver y knowledgeable. He has helped me in frigid cold temps and on heat stroke hot summer days. If you need him he is there. He is a small business guy and likes helping the people in need more than most out there I have seen. He will work with you and make the job affordable the best he can.The comment above from "Batman" is a former employee who I regrettably helped get a job with Denny when no one else would hire him. Denny gave him a chance as he does with most people, the 2 had differences and the review is unfair but simply put coming from an ex employee who left after creating much drama for Denny. I just wanted to clear that up because it was not Dennys skills, lack thereof or work ethic that prompted the review but hatred from an unhappy soul, sorry Denny! Same as the comment from Mitchell, another personal relationship gone wrong and fueled by emotion more than fact, over a dog. I happened to be witness to that situation as well.Denny is in fact a busy man but he does great work if you can secure him for a job you need. If its an emergency ( a real emergency, middle of the night no heat in the winter type) he WILL be there for you and will not sleep until he knows you are comfortable. “Paul has been known in the business for 30 years. My sister was manager at a HVAC company and knew him from there. There are only positive things to say about Paul. He came to help us with our new unit (installed by someone else). That unit was just not keeping up. Found there was no auxiliary heat and he did some repairs to the improper install. Paul had it installed and fixed immediately!! He mentioned we have a gas line to the house. We have decided to bring him back to install a new high efficiency gas heater. Paul know his equipment!
