I had an emergency with my 7 year old cat,that was generally in great health,but out of nowhere gotten scary sick,sneezing,lathergy,fever,just wanted to sleep and be next to me,I immediately emailed dr stairs office at 7am, and not even a hlf hr later,they reached out,via email and phone call,and said I can drop him off,and the dr would look at him between visits,and he did,he gave a antibiotic shot and a pull to help eat,but 2 days later he seemed worse,so I emailed again,and he asked of I could bring him right it,I did,and hear he needed a stronger antibiotic that we had to administer at home,along with the pills for helping him with an appetite and he was showing signs...read full review
I want to say a Huge Thank you to Dr.Stair and his staff . I emailed them about my labs ear and asked if he could squeeze her in his already busy schedule and they called me and said yes .
I was so happy and relieved that my baby girl will get relieve for her ear infection and not have to wait months . Other vets in the area would not see her they were scheduled out through August
But Dr. Stair said yes and he saw her with in 30 minutes of me receiving the phone call . He was gentle with her. She felt comfortable did not even move when he was cleaning her ear . We need more Dr.Stare in the NEPA

I love Dr Stair, he's such a good veterinarian. He see's our exotic pets. When our Flemish Giant was seen by the staff, they all fell in love with this beautiful boy. They also take care of our rats that so easily get sick and congested. They get us in quickly. Top notch Dr. Stair and staff.
