My A/C stopped while I was on vacation. My son was staying at the house and noticed the temp rising. 95 degrees outside. I called Plum-Air Shavertown. The woman answering the phone and the technician were so nice. The technician was able to get to my house the same afternoon! He fixed the issue and had the A/C up and running in no time! The entire process was so easy. I'm grateful to all involved. Could not be happier with this company and its employees.

From start to finish this was a very good experience. My sales rep (Dave) was very professional and friendly and the install crew was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The price was competitive and installation only took a day and a half. Since it was a December AC install , I’ll have to wait until summer to really verify operation, but everything seems to be working.Service: Install AC
