I called Mon night after 8 pm. Tech was here Tues morning. Diagnosed problem on boiler, ordered part and next day installed. Jimmy the tech was excellent and owner Don Tonty also excellent for getting back to us quickly! Thank you guys so much!!

I give them 5 stars. Would have them come back again. I have a 2-10 home warranty plan. Was referred to Superior heating and cooling by 2-10. Can not believe the low scores. I am a Happy customer. And I'm picky and meticulous. Did not read the reviews till I went to write this review.
They came out about 2 weeks ago to look at the furance. Said I needed a new one. Installed today July 15 2024. Jim was very knowledgeable, work was done in a timely fashion, pleasant to talk to, answered all my questions. Very neat, and they cleaned up mess before they left. Everything was back the way they found it. Happy customer. ?

Fred couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and attentive. I always felt I was his priority. He was quick and left the property in better shape than he found it. Highly reccomended.
