Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to inquire about gift certificate. The literal response from the older lady that answered the phone when I asked if they sold gift certificates was “Michaelene is not here so I don’t know what to tell you, you can call back this afternoon, bye” and literally hung up the phone before I could even say a word. ????Avoid, they do not want the business, you are an inconvenience in their day and it shows.

Avoid booking a massage here. Just because it says "day spa" does not mean it really is. The massage table is in a closet. You go in the closet to get a massage.
