This review is being written in the aftermath of a dispute with the company. You may be curious as to why a review is being written after dispute. Upon receiving no response to an initial request Mike called me personally to resolve the issues. We came to an agreement using good old fashioned courtesy and the agreement was honored. None of us should expect everything to be perfect but we should acknowledge when something gets done to our satisfaction.
The pickup crew are the nicest guys—always smiling and respectful. The dispatch team is incredibly responsive, efficient and respectful as well. I really love the “ on-hold” song?
We are very happy with H & H Disposal Service. They are very responsive to any concerns I text them about. The response time is no more than 20 minutes or less. Since we are new owners, we weren't sure how we would be treated, but, H & H have treated us with respect and solved any issues we bring to them. Thank you.
