I had a right knee replacement in August and chose NHOSPT for my physical therapy. Steve, Mike and the entire team got me back to walking as if I never had the replacement - and made it fun in the process. They are creative in suggesting different exercises, patient, and encouraging. I highly recommend them for your PT needs! I'll be back after my left knee is done!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and the team at NHOSPT. I had a foot/ankle impingement that caused great pain when walking, let alone my regular sporting activities. I could not solve the problem on my own with rest and exercise. To add to the puzzle, I wear minimalist shoes, as orthotics cause me to severely supinate, which puts damaging pressure on my knees, hips and back. In desperation to find a PT who understands the minimalist movement, I threw a hail Mary on social media seeking references. Steve is Brilliant, hands on, kind, fun and a true professional. He has built an amazing team that really made the sessions more than just pt. They were very supportive, encouraging and connected with me which, made the time more comfortable.
