I’m updating my review to specifically mention Dr Pearson. My pup has a condition that requires surgery, and she has listened to all of my concerns, and even when I suggested treatment options, she not only listened but even agreed with my ideas. It’s above and beyond that any medical professional listens to treatment options anymore and she deserves the praise she gets.“

“These folks are above-and-beyond. Super nice, super caring, just ... SUPER. They were helpful and patient. Our terrier had a tumor that looked neglected, but they never said a word, just helped us treat the dog and maintain her afterward. I can't say enough good things about this hospital !!!!“

“Dr. Iafe treated my elderly Cat "Homer" for blindness and an anal abcess. He was excellent. Very respectful and thorough. We were seen at our appointment time with no wait and everyone is polite. The place is nice and clean however, they are bit on the pricey side. I have another cat, "Bart" who has a new patient check up scheduled with Dr. Iafe because he is such a good doctor that I will continue to bring my pets here from now on. I highly recommend this place.“

“I had a sick panther chameleon. And the Doctor was very, very good with the animal and very knowledgeable. I would definitely send anyone that has a sick pet. Especially A Exotic pet, if you have any type of snake?
Turtle lizards or any other type of exotic pet bird. I would definitely take your animal to. This Doctor is very Good my Panther chameleon Ozzy ozzy is still on the road to recovery.But he looks like he is going to make it.Thank you very much doc.“

“Heather was fantastic with our 8 month old puppy. When we picked him up it was obvious she had developed a close relationship with him. It was such a relief that he was so comfortable with Heather and her husband. We will definitely be bringing him back!“

“BThis vet hospital makes you feel like your entering a home rather then a office. Staff is very friendly and my pets love going to them . You are aloud to go back with your pet into exam rooms.
Where other vets you are left out in the lobby while your pet is taken in the back.
I also love how they have a little shop and a very nice kennal attached to vets if you need boarding and a seperate building to go to that you can spend your last moments with your animal and not feel like you are being rushed.
You will love going here and your pet will love going as well. In the end that is what matters that your pet feels safe and comfortable.“

“Dr. Peterson is truly the BEST! She looked at my cat's Xrays on her day off, the day after Christmas, to see if he did actually swallow the silicone tip of his pill popper, as the ER that we went to didn't have a radiologist or internist available on Christmas Eve. She goes above and beyond time after time. There are truly no words to thank her!!! She is the BEST of the best.“

“Dr Strobel was the kindest and most gentle doctor to our Kali girl. She lived to be 14 years old and she would get kisses on her snout from Dr Strobel each time we visited. We will miss her AND Dr Strobel!“

“I boarded my dog here for over a week while we were away and they took such great care of him! They even gave me a cute little report card when they sent him home telling me how he behaved/ate. The facility is clean and well cared for, plus they are attached to their veterinary hospital so it gives me peace of mind leaving my dog there.“

“Dr. Haywood & Glady are simply amazing. I moved to the area in 2019 and was referred to Dr. Haywood by a patient of mine. The past 4 years have been the very BEST veterinary care my dogs have ever received. I have been impressed with the loving, personable attention they provide. I have two rescue dogs that'll be turning 9 & 10 this year. This office has done dental cleanings on both my dogs and most recently an eye surgery on my Copper boy. His eye turned out fantastic with no issues post op. Any time I have an issue with my boys, I can always rely on them to get my pups in quickly. When I leave the dogs for surgery I have not one ounce of anxiety or worry, I know they are in the best hands. Glady is excellent with instructions and they both always have a calm demeanor. If you want premier pet care for your fur babies, this is the place to go!“

“Its a good and decent place wish they had online site for pet records. They treat my cat well but dogs barking cause stress my cat. They said there be a feliway room. My cat is usually ok but dogs but they where barking loud. Yes i knoe dogs get anxious. They did help my boy“

Our dog had to have an unexpected emergency surgery and Dr. Ahuja and her staff jumped into action and saved our dog​ without question. ​I​f not for Dr. Ahuja, I don't think our girl would be with us today. The​ quote for her surgery at the emergency​ was close to 10k ​and knowing that was an impossible expense, she rearranged her ​personal schedule and got us in at Tender Touch. She was finishing up a 24 hour shift and was supposed to be at home resting, but chose to help. People like that are truly incredible and irreplaceable. The​ staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. ​They were completely upfront on the costs with us from the start. I could genuinely tell how much they all cared for our dog and for us as well. ​I 100% recommend Tender Touch.“
