Awesome friendly and professional service! I can't thank them enough for an urgent extraction for a fractured painful tooth. Thanks so much to: the ladies at the front desk Melissa and Amanda, Ashley who took my x-rays, Tiffany who administered the Novocain (I never felt a thing), Maddie who assisted in my surgery and was so kind answering my post-op questions, and ESPECIALLY a BIG THANK YOU to a caring, professional, and friendly dentist Dr. Goraya! Dr. Goraya squeezed me in as an add-on which I am grateful for. He also took the time to address my concerns. You need a dentist? This is where you want to be! Thank you again!!
Great staff and services. They are great at what they do!
I have faithfully used this place since it first opened. The dental staff that actually work on you is great and always friendly, however in the past year and a half the management has changed for the worst. You are no longer a human being you are a number. They act like it is a privilege for you to be seen at their clinic and take your money. There is no care or compassion by these people. With them it is hurry up and wait. They demand prepaid deposits for any services just to schedule an appointment. The appointment availability is just short of garbage,( 9 months really?)They constantly use the excuse of staffing issues but welcome to the real world everybody else has the same problems. I have never seen or dealt with a practice before where you could call them and tell them you're in excruciating pain and you're lucky if you can get seen in 30 days. Their problem is they have grown way too big for the amount of staff and their facility. They need to face reality and realize that! if you post any negative reviews they will send you a termination letter that "discharges" you permanently from their practice.
