I would like to thank Liberty basement systems and inspector Todd for a job well done. Inspector Todd came in and crawled all the way to the back of our crawl space and found where the real problem was. We had several other estimates and they were not going to even address where the water was running in so it would have never fixed the issue. He crawled back and even took a video of the leak . This saved us a ton of money and addressed the correct issue. They were super quick it only took them a few days and the space is now dry and safe again. I had Liberty Basement Systems encapsulate my crawl space one week ago and I can really notice the difference in the air quality of my home! I really didn't realize how some of the crawl space smell was coming upstairs into the house until it started to smell better when I came home and walked into the house.
The crawl space trap door is in my bedroom closet. When I wake up in the morning now, I'm not all stuffed up and I feel better. I don't smell the crawl space in the closet anymore!
