We had a great experience from start to finish. Louise was great at helping us decide what flooring would be better for our project. She is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. When Ryan came to measure he addressed all of our questions and concerns. We received our estimate in a timely manner and decided to proceed with our project. We had a small bump in the road on our end, so we had to delay our flooring. They rescheduled in a timely manner. The installers, Tyler and Dylan, were efficient and super nice. Haley was great to work with as she stepped us through the process and helped us pick our floor style and color. When we were told the time to expect their staff for the work at our home they were prompt. Bob and Dante explained everything they were doing to prepare the floor and then glue down the LVP. The seems are practically invisible (it is to look like individual planks after all) and there are no messy glue joints. The work is flawless and they were very careful in returning the oven and refrigerator to their locations so they did not scratch the new flooring. We love our new kitchen floor and highly recommend Fike Bros Carpet One floor and Home.
Fike Brothers did it again for the third time! Hailey was awesome making sure she found exactly what I was looking for. John and Matt were not only excellent installers, but also kind and respectful. A great experience. Can't wait for my fourth project.
