My service technician, Ron, was fantastic! I had to have my clothes dryer repaired (under warranty) and the manufacturer originally send a different repair company. The tech was rude, miserable and after 2 visits didn't even fix my dryer! Finally, they called Sears and I was lucky enough to get Ron for both of the visits! This repairman was gr8. I told him the problem with the dish washer was leaking fluid and possible pump failure. He says it's a piece of glass or something blocking the output of the pump. It was a piece of glass that blocked the drainage. It was cool.
