We had a backup into our kitchen sink and dishwasher on the Fourth of July. Roto-rooter was willing to address this emergency on the holiday itself but we chose to wait till the following day. The tech (Josh) was on time, efficient, thorough and totally professional. Problem solved within 90 minutes. Cleaned up the work area. Had all necessary equipment and needed no assistance at all. Even the price wasn’t that disturbing. Five stars!
We came home from vacation to find that we had sewer backup in our basement toilet and shower. We called Roto Rooter and they had Ryan there in less than two hours on a Sunday night, he was finishing up another job. He was very polite and professional. Because of the age of our pipes, he was only able to do so much that night, but another tech, Billy came first thing in the morning to complete the job. We then got a call from Vince to let us know that we could put a claim for this in on our home owners insurance. He came by and filed the claim for us. Jose did a great job for us as he came to help us with our clogged kitchen sink. It wound up being a much more complicated job due to the previous owner's hack job in trying to get at a clogged drain, but Jose carefully explained everything he was doing, including having to go get the correct parts for the job. Very professional and highly skilled, Jose and Roto-Rooter was a life saver for our home!
