We are new homeowners in the Dalton area and recently found ourselves in a difficult situation with a broken gray water line that had not been disclosed by the previous owner. We were unable to perform basic tasks like laundry or using the sinks without the line backing up and flooding our basement with large amounts of water.
Initially, we reached out to another plumbing service (the other "Rooter") but their response was far from satisfactory. They were brief, dismissive, and condescending in their explanation of our situation. Additionally, their pricing was extremely high, and they pressured us to have the work done immediately.
I want to thank all those who were involved in a quick response to a water main break at my home. The crew sent to my home did a great job, they worked together as a team, were friendly, showed concern plus kept me informed about the excavation of my yard to replace my main water line. A big thank you to the crew, they were great! I would highly recommend Rossi Rooter for your plumbing needs!

Rossi Rooter has THE most accommodating, caring, hard working and supportive workers!! Rossi Rooter helped us IMMENSELY. These guys understood we were in a rough situation and they were able to turn it around and make it better in such a short amount of time! They are very reasonable with their prices! The project manager knows exactly what he’s talking about and doing. He is very approachable and very friendly.
