Everytime I visit this salon I am super pleased with my look. I always leave it up to the stylist as I trust their skills and they never disappoint. Professional and friendly atmosphere. Love it!!!
RD Salon Blow Out Bar on Penn Avenue is a perfect place to go for bridal party hair and makeup. Our daughter ,Victoria , her 11 bridesmaids and myself were all so happy with our hair and makeup. The salon is so clean, pretty and spacious. All of the stylists were wonderful and listened to ideas and also offered suggestions. It was a great experience!
Always accomadating...love the easy access to downtown location. The staff is friendly and always striving to make the customer happy. Eileen P is terrific her highlight and color skills are above the bar and she always cuts my hair to compliment compliment my face
