We had 5 slider doors put in from Pella and we had some tweaks that needed to be made after installation. Joe Minzak is our service technician and every time he has come out he has been outstanding. He always listens to the problems and goes above and beyond to fix the issue. We really appreciate his professionalism and how nice he is!!
