We had a pipe burst in our basement and Disaster Blaster responded promptly and professionally. Will and team came out quickly, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and put us at ease during a very stressful situation. They were incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough, and they made sure to clean up after themselves before leaving. We truly appreciated their transparency, responsiveness, and attention to detail, and we would highly recommend Disaster Blaster to anyone in need of water mitigation services.
Recently our office flooded due to a pipe break outside the property. Matt and his team were incredibly helpful in getting here quickly, assessing our total needs and jumping right into solving our challenges. They were professional, clean and continually asked if there was anything else we needed in addition to what we asked.
