Joe came out the same day I called as our heater wouldn't turn on. He found the problem and was back the very next day to repair it. I never expected such speedy service as 2 years ago when we had the same problem,I had to wait a week, and then the company spent 2 whole days trying to figure it out. Well, needless to say, they didn't really fix it. Joe is so nice and knowledgeable. He will be the only one we call from here out, I'm glad my husband found him.
