One day out of the blue my phone screen just decided to stop working. Called up Jason told him what was going on and within the same day I was able to pay and get my phone fixed! Took about 2 weeks but he's definitely a busy man since he's amazing at what he does. He's very kind, knowledgeable, and affordable too. 100% recommend!! Thank you again Jason!!
I had a black screen with only the mouse pointer showing on bootup. The suggestions found on the MS Windows website didn't work because I could not access the screens that were referenced. I dropped off the computer at 1030 and was able to pick it up three hours later. Everything is so dependent on having a computer to access your accounts that it was a relief to be back up and running again.
My desktop computer stopped working out of no where and I was unable to troubleshoot myself. I reached out just before the shop closed and was able to drop it off at that time. Jason had the problem figured out and fixed by the next morning! Fast, affordable, and efficient. Extremely satisfied and grateful for their help- highly recommend!
