“I woke up this morning to my heat not working. Even though it was a Saturday morning, my call was answered promptly. I was told the technician on call would be contacted and we’d hear back shortly. I was thinking we’d hear back later in the morning or early afternoon yet 10 minutes later my phone was ringing and Tyler said he’d be here in about 20 minutes. Tyler was literally at my door 20 minutes later and the issue was resolved within another 20-30 minutes. Incredible and friendly service. Highly recommend!!!“

“I called on Thursday afternoon and had HOT water Friday morning. He got the job done fast. I would definitely be using him again when I'm in need of a plumber. He was straight forward and i feel he was very honest about what had to be done.“

“We bought a house about a year ago, and started having issues with our hydronic heating system almost immediately. After months of having different plumbers come out, I was finally pointed in the direction of Keating Brothers. They came to my home, diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. They got us through until spring with our existing system, and at that point, we decided to take their advice and replace it with an on-demand Rinnai unit. Now that we are experiencing cooler weather again, I must say that investing in this unit is one of the best purchases ive made in my life so far. We now keep our thermostats at 66°, and it feels warmer than last season when we had the house set to 68. Also, these guys 100% stand behind their work. They’ve been back twice so far to make adjustments now that we are in cooler weather, and they’ve been happy to do so. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys. Call them, you’ll be glad you did!“

“The best quality, they work quickly and professionally. Their prices are reasonable and transparent. They have now done work for me on two separate occasions and I have been equally and fully satisfied both times. It is possible that scheduling their time may require a little patience, there are not a lot of choices in this area of this quality and so I can assume that there is more work then there is time in the day. Still I am sure Ted will make a concerted effort to schedule time that meets your needs, and again his work has been excellent.“

“We made an appointment with M&M easily over the phone, and we received a text message with the appointment details. We then received a text the day of the appointment that Tom was on his way. Tom and Roberto came and were very professional, and did a great job cleaning our oil furnace. They explained to us everything that they did and then gave us a good referral to have someone come check out our chimney which needed to be cleaned as they had advised. We were very pleased with their service and their level of professionalism and their great quality work. We will definitely be calling them again next year to service our furnace. Thanks M&M!“

“Our furnace konked on us on Sunday. I called Dane and he started to help right away on Sunday am. He thought he might need parts and attempted to get them but the supply store was closed so he said he would be here 1st thing Monday morning. He showed up on time and explained everything to my husband and was here over 2 hours. He got the furnace running again (my husband says he thinks it’s running better than ever-and it’s an old furnace) and the price was incredibly reasonable. He’s great!“
