Aaron was fantastic! We moved here from Texas and have not had a well before. I was unsure what these tanks were in my basement. He got our filtration system PM'ed and set up to work correctly and explained everything so I would understand haha. While he was here doing that service, I asked him about our water heater which had started leaking. He recommended we get it changed and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. I set up an appointment to have it installed. He arrived and had it switched out in no time at all.

I was amazed that they were able to come so fast after I called. Very professional and knowledgeable. They took so much time and care to explain my options so I could understand. And, they didn't try to sell me super expensive systems like others have done. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing and we'll needs!!!

Excellent service! Would give 6 stars if I could. Had an appointment scheduled to fix issue with the shower & the night before the appointment, I noticed my hot water heater was slowly leaking. I texted (on a holiday) asking if he'd be able to handle that first. Aaron texted back saying it'd be no problem & he could take care of both issues the same day. The next day when he saw the hot water heater, he immediately called an electrician because it wasn't hooked up safely. That was a problem I didn't even know I had that he also solved! This is 3rd time I've used Whittaker Water Tech. I highly recommend them.
