I’ve used them several times. They always show up when they say they will. They perform excellent work quickly. Sure, they’re pricey, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with them.

Prompt courteous service. Came out when they said to give estimate; we agreed to estimate, and work was done efficiently and promptly. Kudos to company that knows what courtesy and efficiency are.

We called Shaffer Plumbing to install PEX piping in lieu of our old copper ones. We have had pin holes leaks constantly and were afraid to go away. The sent, Luke, who was absolutely wonderful. The job was scheduled for 3 days, but he finished in 2. He was thoughtful (it was raining) and put down tarps to walk on. He was clean (everything was neat and tidy). He was kind to our pain in the butt dog who just wanted to see what he was doing. Would recommend Shaffer Plumbing and Luke to anyone.
