Priority Comfort went ABOVE and BEYOND there typical stellar service. I had a 40+ yr old in wall a/c unit that finally kicked the bucket. There are not many professional HVAC contractors who handle this type of installation and it wasn't typical for Priority Comfort as well. However with out missing a beat Paula immediately said hey let us take a look, to see what it entails, they did and their installers turned the job around in about 48 hours which included waiting on delivery of a new unit, a couple minor adaptations where needed as the newer systems are sized slightly different that did stop PC they adapted and customized where needed. I can’t praise this company enough. I had them before through my home insurance years ago, the quality then and the quality now is still the same. 100% Excellent.
They came out immediately for an emergency AC service put through by my home insurance, they gave me an appt the same day they were called! I really appreciate how kind, above & beyond they went for me to fix the situation at hand. The tech squeezed me in to his already full schedule, I’m very grateful & thankful he did. We cannot say enough good things about Priority Comfort through our conversion from an oil boiler system to propane. They are professional, prompt and extremely competitive in pricing without any sacrifice to the work. Our new system is efficient and a significant improvement to our home.
