I recently had my cat Clarence to Vetcetera to be neutered. Dr. Steve, Carol, Rachel, and Pam were and have been incredible. I took in Clarence not knowing he was a feral cat. And the staff at Vetcetera (especially Carol) have helped and guided me thru the process of socializing Clarence. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was informed and trained. And have been with Clarence and I every step of the way. For his operation. They adjusted our appointment hour to make sure Clarence was taken in immediately, rather than wait. Everyone there is great and so helpful. They take time to explain every detail and answer every question. You can tell as soon as you walk in the building that they care about your pet as much as you do. They’re just the best
Friendly, thorough and tons of patience. The entire staff has always treated us with kindness. The staff takes the time needed for the animals, especially when they aren't the easiest to deal with.
