I sent a photo of an injured squirrel via messenger and received a message back telling me to call (I assume an automated response). I called in, expecting to leave a voicemail (Sunday, 4:30 PM). To my surprise, a person picked up! I realize now that it says that on their website, but it was a pleasant surprise! I explained that I wasn't sure if the squirrel needed treatment, but had messaged them a photo. One minute later, and I had a detailed answer, like I would get if I took my own pets to the vet. Luckily, the injury looks like it's already healing, but I was so grateful to get professional input so quickly. Thank you!
I just wanted to thank everyone at Red Creek! Shout out to Greg! My fiancé and I were going to be dropping off a gosling today at its new home. Unfortunately, the fluffy little guy didn’t make it through Wednesday night. He was such a sweet little thing and we were blessed to have him in our lives for a few days. The staff was so helpful with planning a drop-off and very empathetic once they heard the news. If we ever have another animal in need of care, we will definitely be contacting Red Creek!
