Purchased 870 square feet of laminate ($1300). As the contractor was putting the flooring down, he noticed the pieces were damaged , scratched, had actual paint on them . I went to Wilkes Barre Store to discuss with the mom situation and none of the other colors of the floor appealed to for an exchange, I asked for a full refund. The answer I got was “Read the big yellow sign” - NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE!! I have the corporate phone # that they provided me with , the call was forwarded to a voice mail that had a ful box. No way of getting a hold of them or leaving a message.. This place is a total scam, I shop local instead of going to large corps (HomeDepot, Lowe’s,etc....),... read full review
