Darcy is the absolute Best! I was audited by IRS during 2020 and my refund was withheld for reasons unknown to me. Darcy assured me she would get to the bottom of things and make sure I recieved everything owed to me. She kept me calm and patient and she worked thru it. She spent so much time on the phone and on infinate hold but she got things taken care of and yes She made sure I recieved back the thousands I was due back on my tax return. This is possibly the best Tax Service Ever. Excellent Tax Preparers, Great cusotmer service and a no nonsence attitude. They make sure that you get the biggest refund possible. Most tax preparers act like they work for the government, not these guys, they definately work for you.
