“Chris is an excellent representative for the service dept.in everyway. ??. Courtesy , workmanship and satisfaction is his goal it seems to the customer. It’s the (Sears system) of getting these great people who work for Sears out to us for the repairs that get the (lowest scores) for customer satisfaction . Ex: sending your parts to another town by mistake and not resending it back to you, as you patiently wait for your ordered parts for refrigerator! The list of their not following through goes on for me unfortunately.
