I had a furnace problem . I called talked to Mr Nick . He said he'd be there in an hour . He was 👍. He was on point with dealing with an old oil burner . Had me fixed up and running in an hour . Here's why they have a 5 star rating: I just purchased a weekend home and called them to replace an electric heat pump with a gas furnace. Nick and his father, John, came to the home. What they discovered was that there was a circuit breaker that was turned off. There was old electric baseboard heating and when all that was turned off someone accidentally turned off the outside unit. They turned it on assured me the heating bill will go down. They spent a lot of time explaining all my options without trying to hard sell anything. They could have taken total advantage of me, but didn't. What incredible business ethics. I am so happy to have found an outstanding plumbing and heating contractor. Oh and BTW, they charged me nothing!
