I used to love going here for pedicures. It is the best place I've ever found that truly gives a great pedicure! But not the best at sanitizing. About 3 years ago I started getting gel nails there and she cut my thumb cuticle while she was filing off the old gel! It bled and she never cleaned or sanitizer it and of course I did after I left there, but it never healed correctly. I took pics of it and couldn't figure out why the skin was hard. It is a wart, and from the finger nail files not being cleaned properly, she gave me this wart. I had my mani/pedi done by Marlo and I have to say that she told me her whole life story and it was very depressing. I just wanted to relax not have to listen to all of that. I also was not impressed with either the manicure or the pedicure. She did both in under an hour and at my previous services they took 2 hours each time. In my opinion, don’t waist your time and money going there find another salon. One final thing, they don’t accept debit, it’s only cash or check which I wasn’t told about until it was time to pay. I had to drive down to Giant Eagle to use the atm machine then drive back to pay for it which was a total waste of my time.

Do not use for waxing services. I tried the salon because of convenience. The wrong type of wax was used. The attendant didn’t remove the wax properly and gave every impression that she was not properly trained to perform the service. I went home with wax stuck all over my bikini area and in pain in that area for three days after the appointment. She did offer a good follow up product to assist with ingrown hairs or razor burn but I honestly feel that she should go back for more training or continuing education - I cannot speak for the other services but DO NOT use this salon for waxing!
