Edgar, Levy & Abbey their supervisor were all outstanding representatives of Service Master and worked above & beyond to provide service w/in 3 hours, were professional efficient and thorough on every day they were at my home. And, they treated my home & me with respectful care. I can't tell you how impressed I am with your team's excellence especially compared to another company 10+ years ago who came to remediate from another flood type situation.

Prompt and courteous service. Our water damage was cleaned up completely within a few hours after the incident with fans and a dehumidifier installed to dry the area. Very happy with the service.

Water leak in kitchen that traveled into basement. Confirmed service for next morning at 1230 am! Daniel showed up and provided outstanding customer service and worked delinquently to minimize the damage and clean up and remove the damaged areas. Continued supporting us for several days to work on problem areas and ensure our satisfaction.
