I struggled with whether I should leave a review or not, because I’ve only had good care from this practice up until recently. My doctor is fantastic, the front end staff have been kind and accommodating, and while phone calls go mostly unanswered, a call back is usually in the works.

I had a change of prescription coverage this past January due to employer choice. A medication that was previously covered with no issues now requires a prior auth- something that a family practice is completely capable of handling, and a pretty common occurrence. I’ve had a few appointments over the years and every time I come ≈10 mins early and end up waiting 20-30 minutes past my appointment time before I’m even given a room. If you’re running late tell your patients

The covid religion has ruined Spring-ford Family practice. This once outstanding doctors office is now just a becon for indocrination. If you do not subscribe to the covid religion do no expect any real assistance here at this facility. Was forced into covid test, never had any covid symptoms but tested positive, never got anything for to solve the issue I went to see them with, and now a month later the sinus infection is back.
