They don’t wear their own shoes to step on my rugs. They put their equipment on rugs they bring in. They are polite and double check what I want done before starting. They text me when they are on the way so I can prepare (I have two large dogs). They do an amazing job with the cleaning. My area rug and furniture looks like new.
