Tom is amazing - professional, competent, and honest. He replaced a faucet for me last year. This year, he’s provided an honest and helpful assessment of a different plumbing issue, resulting in great problem solving, and tomorrow he will be completing another task for us. He is very knowledgeable and most important to us, trustworthy. Tom has truly been a blessing. While there are tasks at home that I could handle, there are others that are best left to someone with expertise, and that's where Tom shines. Twice I've reached out to him, half expecting my requests to be deemed too minor. However, Tom never turned me away or inflated the charges. Instead, he provided exceptional service, completing the tasks efficiently and skillfully, all at a reasonable price. I can't speak highly enough of Tom's services; he's definitely the go-to for any household needs!
