Paul is an amazing human being and we should all be grateful for his existence! It's rare to find someone who can be professional and jovial simultaneously. I called for clarification on some confusing information provided by the internet. My frustration influenced me to treat him not as well as I would want to be treated. Despite that he was helpful and informative plus now I feel better about life and everything in it. Paul also advised me on all of the great benefits that come with a BJ's membership. BJ's is on par in some regards and even better in most others that are important to me, considering comparative competitors. This man should get a raise.

It was my first time there. But it won't be the last! I had a gentleman do my gel pedi. He was awesome. As was the woman that did my gel manicure. They took their time, even though they were closed.
